'Swing Life Away' - Rise Against
:iconleodadominico:
Desert and sand, the dry season that never a pleasant pace to be living in, at least not for me anyway. I took the journey into your piece here and discover that the desert has many depth to it, for the eyes to move about linking one abstract form to the next in hoping something tap in my mind, to remind me of my own memories. The forms and patterns are like snakeskin, or lizard that goes in and out in animation effect in dancing form and Figure. The surreal swirls and landscape I am seeing is well balance to all this craziness, as if I am looking into a mind that has done drug.

I like the various colors used as well as patterns and shapes, there are abstract forms and some trees and landscape going on at the same time which is a good combination, however there’s seem to be a long search for a focal point. In this case it is good, it forces the eyes to keep on searching and while doing so it keeps on looking, the longer you make them search, the more the eyes on the piece. Seeing something in details which itself is worthwhile to eye in closer for.

I also like the colors you use to fit the climate and the environment. It seems hot and dry, but well a live with dancing colors that never stops. Almost from a distant I see birth of something, the internal aspect of productive organs-not from a female, but from nature itself. Or perhaps this may link to your own personal experiences with birth in witnessing or have yearn to witness…

Great piece.

This is a wicked awesome picture. Although I think it looks awesome now, be sure to let me know when and if you submit a better and hopefully larger version. Until then, this is one the craziest things I have seen in a while. It is very inspiring. Great work.
